It is not a certified flight planning system, a regulated navigation tool, or a substitute for professional aviation software. Any outputs produced by this system — including range calculations, flight time estimates, battery analysis, and weather assessments — are provided solely for academic and informational purposes.

No Legal Flight Authorisation. This tool does not verify, confirm, or provide legal authorisation to fly a drone at any location. It does not check for restricted airspace, no-fly zones, temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), military exclusion zones, national parks, controlled airspace, or any other regulatory airspace classification. A location appearing on this map does not mean flight is legal or permitted at that location.

You Must Comply With All Applicable Aviation Regulations. Before conducting any drone flight, you are solely responsible for consulting and adhering to the regulations set by your local Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), including but not limited to: the UK CAA, FAA (USA), EASA (Europe), CASA (Australia), DGCA (India), Transport Canada, and all equivalent national and regional bodies. Regulations vary significantly by jurisdiction and may include registration requirements, pilot licensing, altitude limits, BVLOS restrictions, and mandatory insurance.

Real-Time Airspace Checks Required. Always verify current airspace status through official tools — such as NATS/AeroGIS (UK), FAA DroneZone (USA), EASA Geofencing services, or your national authority's approved app — immediately before every flight. Airspace restrictions can change with little notice due to emergency operations, military activity, public events, or temporary flight restrictions.

No Guarantee of Accuracy. All flight calculations, range estimates, battery projections, wind models, and weather data presented by this system are approximations only. Results are generated using simplified physics models and third-party weather APIs that may contain errors, latency, or inaccuracies. Real-world conditions — including air density, battery degradation, GPS interference, motor efficiency, and pilot skill — will cause actual performance to differ, potentially significantly, from any values shown.

Weather Data Limitations. Atmospheric data is sourced from publicly available forecast APIs and reflects modelled predictions, not verified real-time observations. Conditions at flight altitude may differ substantially from ground-level readings. Wind gusts, turbulence, precipitation, and visibility can change rapidly and without warning. Never rely solely on this tool's weather assessment to determine flight safety.

No Liability for Flight Outcomes. The developers, contributors, and operators of Xelionics Lab accept no responsibility whatsoever for any outcome arising from the use of this tool, including but not limited to: drone crashes, property damage, personal injury, regulatory violations, fines, licence revocations, loss of equipment, or third-party claims. This tool is provided "as-is" with no warranty, express or implied, of any kind.

You Assume Full Responsibility. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you are the sole person responsible for all decisions made in connection with any drone operation.
